Free Consultation
Following an initial inquiry, a free consultation is booked to determine the size of the task. Following this consultation BTC will either;

  1. Keep in touch or
  2. Book a time to conduct a small or large inventory report

Inventory Report
This can be a small task of 1 – 3 days, or a large task of 3 – 5 days. The aim is to provide a report for three purposes;

  1. To help older people or/and family and/or professional partners to make decisions easily and calmly about stuff
  2. To make recommendations for further services to assist in the distribution, disposal or repurposing of stuff
  3. If required, to secure the client’s approval to provide further transition support services and to provide an accurate and competitive quote to complete these services.

Budget between $1500 and $2500

Transition Support Services
These can be extensive and include but not limited to:

  1. Helping people to make decisions
  2. Re-distributing stuff to family, friends, charity or other people
  3. Organising rubbish bins/skips and removal of unwanted stuff,
  4. Storage of stuff
  5. Working through the process of sorting with the family or older person
  6. Making suggestions to transfer stuff into easier forms, a memory quilt, a photo album, a collage or art works, photos or memorabilia
  7. Keeping family and professionals informed, reassured and involved
